General - Discount/Voucher Codes

Online discount codes and on-site vouchers are only redeemable before the expiration date stated. Vouchers must be handed over at the point of purchase to redeem on-site. Not exchangeable for cash. Defaced, copied, altered or damaged vouchers will not be accepted.

"Weekdays" are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only.

 

Online codes must be entered into the voucher code box for the discount to be applied.  Your statutory rights are not affected. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Codes must be used at the time of booking. They can not be applied after booking.

Offers can be terminated at any time.

Social Media - Free Prize Draw Competitions
 

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

2. The prize draw is being run by Cartref Caravan and Camping. Our Facebook competitions are not affiliated with either Facebook or its parent company, Meta.

Eligibility and how to enter

1. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age.

2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to claim any prize you may win.

3. Entrant must “Like” and “Comment” on the relevant promotional prize draw post on Facebook before the closing date stated on the relevant post. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.

4. The prize draw is free to enter.

The prize

1. The quantity of nights is stipulated in the post. This covers two adults, for one pitch, one vehicle and one caravan, motorhome or tent and 7kwh of electricity included per night.

2. Winners may add any extras to their winning stay at the standard costs, as outlined on our tariffs page.

3. The prize must be booked in advance and is subject to availability. Once booked, the dates cannot be moved if within 1-13 nights to arrival.

4. The free nights must be used consecutively, before the end of the year in which they have been won. This excludes Bank Holiday weekends.

5. The winner will be drawn at random.  

6. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

7. The decision of Cartref Caravan and Camping regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

1. The name of the winner will be announced via social media.

2. The winner will be contacted directly on Facebook.

3. If the winner does not respond to the message notifying them of their win within 14 days they will lose their right to the prize, and Cartref Caravan and Camping reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Data protection and publicity

1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Cartref Caravan and Camping for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

1. Cartref Caravan and Camping reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
