General - Discount/Voucher Codes
Online discount codes and on-site vouchers are only redeemable before the expiration date stated. Vouchers must be handed over at the point of purchase to redeem on-site. Not exchangeable for cash. Defaced, copied, altered or damaged vouchers will not be accepted.
"Weekdays" are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only.
Online codes must be entered into the voucher code box for the discount to be applied. Your statutory rights are not affected. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Codes must be used at the time of booking. They can not be applied after booking.
Offers can be terminated at any time.
Data Protection
We only collect data via bookings. This information is kept in order to serve your stay with us.
We collect telephone and email details to confirm your stay and keep you updated.
Retained data is used to understand visitor needs so that we may continue to ensure that our park matches your needs. We will only contact you via these methods for marketing if you checked the box to state you were interested in hearing from us.
We don't like spam either, so simply let us know if you no longer want to hear from us either by email or by giving us a call.
