At Cartref Caravan and Camping we take great pride in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable stay. The health and safety of our customers and staff is a top priority and we are taking active measures across the park to ensure the risk of Coronavirus remains low.

We are currently closed until further notice, due to the national lockdown.

 

Bookings and cancellations
Any bookings made for a period of uncertainty due to the covid-19 pandemic will be covered by our Covid-19 promise. We will move any credit paid to us, including deposits, to any future booking. We understand that you may not know the exact dates you wish to visit at the time of cancellation. When you have made your new booking simply inform us of your old booking reference and we will credit the new booking as required.

Reception/Shop/Bar

• The reception and shop will be open but only one person will be allowed entry at a time

• The bar will be table service only. Please find a table and wait for assistance

• Contactless and card payments are now accepted

• When ordering at the Kitchen please keep your distance

Shower/Toilet Block, Washing Up Facilities, Waste and Recycling Area

Our facilities will be open, but we ask where our guests can use their own, they should do so in order to keep themselves as safe as possible. If this is not possible the following rules will be in place.

• Follow the one-way system through this area 

• Washing up areas - please disinfect before and after use

• The toilet block will be closed for an extra deep clean between 11 am-2 pm – we have brought in new equipment to enhance the cleaning procedure

• Depending on the demand for the use of the facilities we may have to close the toilets at extra times during the day for further cleaning

• To keep showers open we have had to remove the inner curtains

• Windows and doors will be left open for extra ventilation

• The family/disabled room will not be opening
